Data collected

Contact data includes your name, email, optional telephone number, wedding date and location, services of interest, storytelling preferences, indicative budget and the message you choose to send. Required fields are marked in the form. Without the necessary details, it may not be possible to answer your inquiry.

Technical systems may process your IP address, browser, device and information needed for operation and security. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry in free-text fields.

Purposes and legal bases

Availability and quotation inquiries are processed to respond and take the pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Any subsequent service relationship is processed to perform the contract. Data needed for legal or tax duties is processed on the basis of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Sending an inquiry does not constitute marketing consent. Any promotional communications require specific consent where applicable (Article 6(1)(a)); it may be withdrawn by contacting the controller. The website does not integrate advertising pixels.

Contact form and CRM

The form is part of the website in Italian and English. Your details are sent over HTTPS to the website’s PHP backend and forwarded server-side to the LeadConnector / GoHighLevel CRM to handle your enquiry, responses and confirmation messages. Each submission is recorded in its own CRM note; the backend also keeps a private technical copy to prevent duplicates and recover from errors.

Your browser does not load a GoHighLevel iframe or script to use the form. Completing and sending an enquiry does not require optional cookies or marketing consent. You must acknowledge this Privacy Notice. You may also email info@simonecargiaghe.it.

Optional Google Analytics statistics

Only after you explicitly choose “Accept” may the website load Google Analytics 4, ID G-YRHDX72DPM, to measure visits and understand how pages are used. The Google tag is not loaded before consent or if you reject it. Advertising consent remains denied; Google Signals and advertising personalisation are not enabled.

Your choice is optional and does not affect the contact form. We do not send Google Analytics the values entered in the form, names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages. Page URLs sent by the website exclude query strings and fragments; referrer information is limited to the originating domain. Only after the backend confirms success, and while analytics consent is active, does the website send a generate_lead event containing the generic form name and language, without enquiry data.

The service uses identifiers and technical browsing information and may process IP addresses and browser/device data. These data are not necessarily anonymous. Retention by Google depends on the actual Analytics property settings and applicable provider agreements.

You can reject or withdraw consent using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Your choice is remembered for 180 days and requested again after that period. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection, removes Analytics cookies accessible to the website and reloads the page if the tag was already loaded. It does not automatically erase information previously collected by Google.

Retention

The controller’s existing published retention policy provides for 24 months from receipt for contact and quotation data, 10 years for contractual and tax data, and 12 months for browsing data. Applicable legal obligations or the need to protect rights may require longer retention in relevant cases.

These periods state the controller’s policy and do not confirm automatic deletion in the CRM or with every provider. Private technical copies of enquiries and logs must also be managed in accordance with recovery and security purposes and the applicable retention policy. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by necessary technical providers, including hosting, email and the LeadConnector / GoHighLevel CRM, and by authorities where required by law. The controller’s policy excludes selling data for commercial purposes.

Provider agreements, privacy roles, subprocessors, processing locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area depend on the services actually used. For information about recipients and applicable safeguards, contact the controller at info@simonecargiaghe.it.

Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing where that right applies, and withdraw consent you previously gave.
