SIMONE CARGIAGHE / PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMS

Metodo Unico®

Two independent professionals, each contributing photography and film. One creative direction, led by Simone.

METODO UNICO® / TWO HYBRID PROFESSIONALS

Two perspectives. Both photography and film.

I’m Simone, founder, principal photographer and filmmaker. Through Metodo Unico®, Jessica and I each photograph and film from our own viewpoint. What matters is not simply working together, but each contributing to the photographs and the film instead of keeping the two roles separate.

Alternates photography and filming

2 hybrid professionals

Two independent perspectives. Both contribute to the photographs and the film.

An illustrative team comparison, not a promise of coverage identical to four operators or every instant in both formats. Team presence and coverage are agreed around your day. Drone coverage is additional, subject to your proposal, conditions and permissions.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

More value. A leaner team.

The same moments, two media

A gesture can become a photograph and moving image where the situation allows. Both receive the same care.

Two independent perspectives

We do not assign photography exclusively to one person and film to the other. Both contribute across the two, using different techniques.

One creative direction

Simone leads the visual story, bringing framing, photograph selection and film editing together in a consistent documentary style.

A more efficient organisation

Two professionals can mean fewer people to coordinate and lower ancillary costs than a four-person crew, including meals. Your coverage and the value of the work remain central.

Flexibility when plans change

Shared skills help us continue photographing and filming if one of us encounters a technical problem.

A smaller presence around you

A smaller team can move discreetly through the ceremony, portraits and reception, with fewer people around you.

02 / LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

Before the pictures,
the people.

I want to understand how you picture your wedding and what you hope to find in your photographs and film: the people who matter, the moments you care about, and what helps you feel comfortable in front of a camera.

Getting to know each other builds trust and sets clear expectations. You do not need to have every answer: a date and plans that are still taking shape are a good place to begin.

03 / EVERY WEDDING HAS ITS OWN RHYTHM

Coverage starts
with your day.

Your schedule, venues and travel between locations shape how a wedding can be documented. We consider the important moments and your photography and film needs together before deciding on the practical arrangements.

If two moments happen at the same time, or in different places, we discuss them beforehand. The arrangements should support the agreed coverage and give you a clear understanding of what to expect.

04 / REPORTAGE

Live your wedding,
rather than perform for the camera.

I watch the gestures, the encounters and what happens between people. I do not keep interrupting your day to construct a picture. When direction helps, I keep it gentle: finding the light, suggesting a movement, leaving room for you to be yourselves.

05 / PEOPLE AND SKILLS

Two independent professionals.
One creative direction.

Simone Cargiaghe

Founder and creative lead, principal photographer and filmmaker. I work as a simultaneous hybrid operator and can independently photograph and film a whole wedding within the agreed coverage. I’m also a qualified drone pilot: an additional skill to consider for your service.

Jessica Carrassi

An independent photographer who can lead a photography service on her own. In our hybrid work, she alternates photography and filming throughout the day, contributing a second viewpoint. She is also a wedding planner; her presence and planning responsibilities are agreed around the service.

06 / THE STORY CONTINUES AFTER THE WEDDING

Select. Bring together.
Shape the story.

The work continues through photograph selection, post-production and film editing. I consider how details, people and moments sit alongside one another to shape a visually consistent story.

The contents, formats and delivery arrangements are clarified as part of the agreed service. These details deserve a precise conversation with you.

WEDDING PLANNING / AN OPTIONAL SERVICE

Matrimonio
Senza Pensieri

The photographs, the film, and someone who understands the rhythm of the celebration. Jessica brings her wedding planning expertise to the organisation, coordination and details of your day.

When Jessica is focused on coordination or styling, Simone can continue the planned photography and film coverage independently. When she returns to image-making, she contributes as a photographer and hybrid photo/video operator. Two professionals who can work together and independently.

This is an additional wedding planning and coordination service, with activities and presence set out in a dedicated proposal. Roles are arranged around the day; this does not mean undertaking incompatible tasks at once or covering every simultaneous event.

Let’s talk about your day ↗

07 / BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Let’s make things clear.

How is this different from a photographer and a videographer?

We both have photography and filmmaking skills, so each can contribute photographs and footage from an independent viewpoint. Simone leads the creative direction. Our roles are not rigidly divided into one person only taking photographs and another only filming.

Do Simone and Jessica work in exactly the same way?

No. Simone works as a simultaneous hybrid operator and can independently photograph and film a wedding within the agreed coverage. Jessica is an independent photographer who alternates taking photographs and filming during the day. Both contribute to both media, with different working techniques.

Do two operators always provide the same coverage as four?

No. The comparison explains team organisation, not identical coverage in every situation. Photography and film can cover the same moments where possible; we do not promise every instant in both formats. Timing, locations and simultaneous events shape the agreed coverage.

Where does the financial benefit come from?

A two-person team rather than four can reduce ancillary costs, such as crew meals, and simplify coordination. Your quote depends on the service you need; there is no fixed or guaranteed saving.

What happens if there is a technical problem?

Our shared skills give us more flexibility: if one of us cannot use a piece of equipment, the other can continue producing photographs and footage. This does not make every disruption inconsequential or guarantee every shot.

Are drone coverage and wedding planning included?

These are additional skills: Simone is a qualified drone pilot and Jessica is a wedding planner. Services are set out in your proposal. Drone use also depends on conditions and permissions; planning does not mean undertaking tasks that conflict with image coverage at the same time.

Will we need to pose?

Our approach is documentary and unobtrusive. I offer gentle guidance when portraits need it, finding light or suggesting a movement without repeatedly interrupting the celebration.
